ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการรับบริการ | วานาริน สปา

1. นโยบายการจองและการยกเลิก (และนโยบายกรณีไม่มาตามนัด)

• แนะนำให้ท่านสำรองการรับบริการล่วงหน้า เพื่อให้ได้รับช่วงเวลาที่ต้องการ

• กรณีต้องการยกเลิกหรือเลื่อนนัด โปรดแจ้งให้สปาทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลานัดหมาย

• นโยบายกรณีไม่มาตามนัด (No-show Policy): ในกรณีที่ท่านไม่มาตามนัดโดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า สปาขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการ "ตัดสิทธิ์การรับบริการ" โดยถือว่าท่านได้ใช้บริการนั้นแล้ว และจะทำการหักมูลค่าบริการเต็มจำนวนจากเครดิตสมาชิก แพ็กเกจ หรือคูปองของท่านทันทีโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

2. อายุการใช้งานของเครดิตสมาชิก คูปองเงินสด และแพ็กเกจบริการ

• เครดิตสมาชิก (Membership), คูปองเงินสด (Cash Voucher) และแพ็กเกจบริการ (Service Package) ทุกประเภท มีอายุการใช้งาน 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ซื้อ

• ยกเว้นกรณีที่มีการระบุระยะเวลาเป็นอย่างอื่นไว้บนหน้าคูปองหรือข้อเสนอโปรโมชั่นนั้น ๆ

• เมื่อสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาที่กำหนด เครดิตที่เหลืออยู่จะไม่สามารถต่ออายุ หรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้

3. บัตรของขวัญ (Gift Card)

• บัตรของขวัญของ วานาริน สปา ไม่มีวันหมดอายุ เพื่อความสะดวกสูงสุดในการนำมาใช้งานของผู้รับ

4. สุขภาพและความปลอดภัย

• ลูกค้ามีหน้าที่ต้องแจ้งสภาพร่างกาย โรคประจำตัว หรือประวัติการแพ้ให้พนักงานทราบก่อนรับบริการทุกครั้ง

• สปาขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อผลกระทบหรืออาการแพ้ใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการที่ลูกค้าไม่ได้แจ้งข้อมูลสุขภาพที่แท้จริงให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

5. การจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ

• สปาจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายหรือเสียหายของทรัพย์สินส่วนบุคคลทุกกรณี โปรดเก็บของมีค่าไว้ในล็อกเกอร์ที่จัดเตรียมไว้หรือเก็บไว้กับตัวท่านตลอดเวลา

6. การคืนเงิน

• การซื้อแพ็กเกจ คูปอง และสมาชิกทุกประเภท เมื่อชำระเงินแล้วไม่สามารถขอคืนเงิน หรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy (Including No-show Policy)

• Advance reservations are highly recommended to secure your preferred time slot.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

• No-show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the spa reserves the right to forfeit your scheduled service. The full value of the treatment will be automatically deducted from your membership credit, package, or voucher without prior notification.

2. Validity of Membership, Cash Vouchers, and Service Packages

• All Membership credits, Cash Vouchers, and Service Packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

• Exceptions apply only if a different validity period is explicitly stated on the specific voucher or promotional offer.

• Expired credits cannot be extended, reactivated, or exchanged for cash.

3. Gift Cards

• Vanarin Spa Gift Cards have no expiry date, providing maximum flexibility for the recipient.

4. Health and Safety

• Clients are required to disclose any health conditions, underlying medical issues, or allergies to our staff before receiving treatment.

• The spa shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from the non-disclosure of relevant health information.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please ensure all valuables are kept in the provided lockers or with you at all times.

6. Refund Policy

• All purchases of service packages, vouchers, and memberships are final. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
